Ageing : 8 months in barrels, batonnage 2 times a week

Tasting : Gold color, Very aromatic wine with a hint of dry apricot, fresh white flower, honey and bit of buttery on the mouth. You will enjoy with cheese, fish with cream or even garlic prawns, and so on…
