Vinification : Preferment cold maceration, destemming and not treading low temperature fermentation for a red

Ageing : 6 months in stainless steel tank

Tasting : Intense aromas of fresh red fruit, and black pepper.

The mouth is fruity and fleshy with beautiful tannins.
